Our straightforward process

A pre-interview lets us get to know you, your goals, and an overview of the topics we’ll be including.

We’ll travel to your location in Northern California equipped with professional lighting, video cameras and microphones.

During the videotaped interview, we’ll ask you questions to stimulate your recall. We go beyond names, dates and places. Our questions are insightful - never canned. We can also record short interviews with your relatives and friends to enrich your stories.

We keep the interview relaxed and conversational, and remove our voice during the editing process.

In addition to your interview we’ll add photographs, clippings, old movies and video combined with music - all skillfully edited together to create a biographical story of your life.
